I found thunder man through someone playing it in a car when I was in the projects and just remember how different it sounded and it fit my taste perfectly and knew he had some crazier shit and ever since I’ve been a huge fan. My favorite artist of all time I’d put him against any other rapper. My friends that are closest to me I showed them his music and every day they’re quoting his lyrics or turn him on immediately in any whip or will ask me to pick a song, I’m 22 now I found him in 2014-15.

I just noticed the sound transition in the beginning. The intro is slow and chopped until 0:11 where the tempo and pitch goes up, but the hi-hats are still muddy and distorted. Then at 0:15 you hear that slicing sound effect and the hi-hats are cystal clear, cutting your ears like a sharp knife. Couldn't hear it on my phone speakers, but its noticeable on a higher end system like in my car. Love those subtle audio effects. Big ups to the producer. The beat is deadly.
