kara, the secret to literally any pasta sauce is the cooking water, it makes the sauce bind because of the starch in it, so as a little tip, always keep the cooking water or at least a cup of it!! btw, loved the video!

While I agree somewhat with Riley on this boat's seaworthyness at least for extremes....I think this silent yacht can "sail" around the world. Lots of tech and combined with a competent crew....I think it would do just fine. I agree that it was "designed" for island hopping in the Med or Carribean. Kara, you did an outstanding job showing the features of the yacht! Equally as good as Elayna in their similar La Vagabonde episode. I love your enthusiasm. This is an amazing yacht. The sheer size of all of the rooms, and the fantastic technology that "solar/electric" is affecting this industry. Yes, it fits a particular segment of the sailing world (not for everybody - yet!), but Im excited to see the upcoming day when this technology fits into the "across the world" pursuits of the future. Great job Kara and Nate (as always), and great collaboration with two of the finest friends of this genre, Riley and Elayna! You guys need to do more collaborations with Riley and Elayna. These collaborations are good for all folks that are into this pursuit. Riley, in his unique way, always provides a quality gem of information!!
