The birth of the official top three-point shooter, Thompson's splendid comeback after breaking a two-year hiatus, and the discovery of the existence of the GP2 who lived a wandering life. The Warriors' 2022 is fantastic.
Im not saying much. I said after game one Warruors 4-1. Now it tied up. Uf thus go to game 7. I wouldnt touch it. Im wait till game 5 if Warriors win to talk more ish. And i cant stand Boston. Not good for any team if Boston win NBA finals.
Number one of the Best team chemistry in the NBA is golden state and what a nice shooting three klay, Curry, Poole and very nice coaching Steve Kerr Congrats Warriors
Our wins are credited by how many 3s we make, but what people don’t know is that our defense is actually what sets as far apart from others. We don’t make the most 3s in the league, we also don’t take the most 3s in the game, but our defense has anchored.
this current core can age out and the warriors wouldn't miss a beat. Kuminga and Moody have been solid contributors all season and post season long. Looney is criminally underrated, he's silently done the dirty work all post season long too. Steph, and Klay still have gas left in the tank for more post season runs and you never know what could happen. I haven't even mentioned Wiggins or Poole who've been a key piece to this run of theirs. All while still having Wiseman not even touch the floor this year. They have the brighest future of any given team.
That was good acting on Luca’s part. The way he made it look like he got slapped in the face. Had to watch the slow motion to see that his face never even got touched 🤣
@Samuel Wilkinson the bad thing is that instead of just a hard facial poster, there is the slomo replay in every angle possible broadcasted live to see the art of mid-air flop of a superstar.
Ref really tried to make Luka feel less embarrassed by calling an offensive foul on 2WayWiggs... but in the end... All was right with the world. Luka got posterized and we won the game and the series...
You could argue that this iteration of the Dubs has been the most entertaining due to the sheer athleticism on this roster compared to previous years when it was mostly finesse. To put it into perspective, JTA was in the dunk contest, but you could also argue that he's behind Wiggins, GP2, and Kuminga in that category.
I’ve been riding the warriors train since the beginning. This is probably my favorite team. It used to be just Steph and Klay banging threes with Dray holding it down defensively. Now, with Wiggins, GP2, and Kuminga, they’ve got some high flyers. Non stop excitement from this team.
Man, I love GP2. You watch when he makes a poster dunk.... He starts scratching his head. It doesn't get a taunting call because it isn't... but he does it every time while starring at the other player. Brilliant gamesmanship!
I've never seen a team perform as a team WHOLE like this in YEARS. Steph can score 20 and his team will still get the W. It's just a super loaded warriors team.. gives me 2016 vibes
Wiggins has really come into his own. Exactly the type of player now people expected. He's in a much better place now! Glad to see him thriving. Kid is a baller.
Call at 8:55 - Gotta be my favorite call of the season- away announcers need to learn to appreciate not just enemy talent, but wild moments like this for all they're worth, and give credit to the absolute beauty before your very eyes
I always appreciate broadcast teams that appreciate when the opposition does something cool and the Hornets partnership do a great job of that. Every other clip that wasn't the Warriors or a national broadcast were completely deadpan in describing the highlight which I always find disappointing. Just appreciate impressive things, regardless of whether it's your team or not!
I always believed in Andrew Wiggins since day 1. I know he will flourish one day. And in the right team, it will happen. And I saw it in Golden State. Perfect usage of him in this squad!
I cant believe some analysts say Warriors will have a hard time vs. either Celtics or Heat and maybe Warriors will win it eventually in a game 7. Either east teams have the edge defensively over GSW is their common opinion. Me? I'd rather believe the oddsmakers in Vegas placing GSW at -180, while Boston +275, Miami +575. My forecast -Dubs in 5.
If the GSW team stays together. The younger players will want to win another 🏆. If the bench each player score at-least 15 points. It could be on and Poppin in SF again. Don't take the beginning games lightly. Congratulations GSW 🥃
Man, still sad GP2 has to go. Man can still improve in the Warrior's management. Welp, regardless, 2022 Warriors is a historic roster for the franchise.
These are curated highlights, but what stood out to me is how many highlights started from strong defensive plays, or transition leak outs. Underrated pillars of the Dubs’ play
