Covid-19 vaccination can induce multiple sclerosis via cross-reactive CD4+ T cells recognizing SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and myelin peptides
pesquisa.bvsalud.org/global-l...
Both natural infection and the mRNA based vaccinations can be accompanied by transient autoimmune phenomena,
or onset of autoimmune diseases.
Objective
Two cases of multiple sclerosis (MS),
with clinical and new radiological signs,
beginning in close temporal relation to spike (S) protein mRNA based vaccinations.
Aim
The onset of MS in these two cases is very likely caused by CD4+ T cell clones,
that cross-recognize SARSCoV- 2 S protein,
from myelin proteins.
Method
Spike specific CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood,
and CD4+ T cells from CSF sample were isolated,
then underwent autoantigen screening test.
(An endogenous antigen that stimulates the production of autoantibodies)
A list of well-known MS related autoantigens,
Result(s)
Self-reactive T cells were detected from Spike specific T cell population,
also showed reactivity to MBP, MOG, (Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein) peptides PLP peptide pools.
Multiple sclerosis and myelin basic protein: insights into protein disorder and disease
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...
Myelin basic protein (MBP) is an abundant protein in central nervous system (CNS) myelin.
MBP has long been studied as a factor in the pathogenesis of the autoimmune neurodegenerative disease multiple sclerosis (MS).
MS is characterized by CNS inflammation, demyelination, and axonal loss.
Finally,
we found proinflammatory T cell clones,
that recognize both Spike protein and immunodominant Myelin basic protein peptides,
and Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) peptides, which have previously been implicated in MS.
Conclusion(s)
Detailed studies of both peripheral blood, and CSF derived CD4+ T cells show that the onset of MS in these two cases is very likely caused by CD4+ T cell clones that cross-recognize SARS-CoV-2 S protein derived peptides and peptides derived from myelin proteins, which have previously been implicated in MS.

New diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in the setting of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine exposure (January 2022)
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34922...
Multiple sclerosis (MS) with onset in the setting of acute SARS-CoV-2 virus infection has been reported,
and reactivation of MS following non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccination has been noted,
There have been three reports of newly diagnosed MS following exposure to mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
The association cannot be determined to be causal,
We report a series of 5 cases of newly diagnosed MS following recent exposure to mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
Latency from vaccination to initial presentation varied.
Neurological manifestations and clinical course appeared to be typical for MS,
including response to high dose steroids
Conclusion
Acute neurological deficits in the setting of recent mRNA COVID-19 vaccine administration may represent new onset multiple sclerosis.

I have MS and I refused the vaccine on 5 occasions. I was able to argue that the vaccine worked contra to the DMT infusion which I take twice a year, based on your videos, specifically the impact it had on B cells. You empowered me to stand up for myself through your videos. I insisted I wanted to take my MS infusion with it being compromised and my Neurologist supported me. I warned family members that MS was a side effect of the vaccine 2 years ago and unfortunately they thought I was a conspiracy theorist and MS obsessed.

In April 2021, I had shots 1 and 2 of Pfizer. I am a 25-year MS patient. I was walking FINE prior to this. Within 1 HOUR of shor 2, I was not walking. I then did not walk for 15 months, had Covid 3 times, and shingles twice. Fought through and fired 4 neurologists who all said I had gone progressive with my MS until FINALLY getting a full head-to-tail MRI, which showed my scans were the same stable scans that I have had for the last decade. It is not my MS. It was neuroinflammation from the vaccine. There are a whopping TWO doctors that I will trust... MANY want to silence us the vaccine-injured.

My heart goes out to you, as I know how hard it is to experience debilitating Illness. It’s very hard to fight these battles when you are in such a weakened condition and I admire you for standing up for yourself. I was wondering how old were you when you were diagnosed with MS and had you taken any vaccines prior to getting sick? I think myself that vaccines are the cause of autoimmune diseases and every vaccine after the first vaccine compounds the symptoms. I just turned 70, battled autoimmune diseases all my life and that seems to have been my experience. Luckily, I realized this before I was forced to take the c vaccines. I personally, will never take another vaccine. I pray you will recover completely from this!

Im a nurse practitioner and was essentially forced to take the jab due to the company I worked for requiring it. I reluctantly gave in and got vaccinated in May 2021. I was diagnosed with MS in June 2022. It was the worst decision I ever made. I have no doubt it gave me MS, but my neurologist and healthcare colleagues think Im wrong. Thanks for covering this. Im suffering for not standing up to my beliefs
iDestiny

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis. It would seem your diagnosis came approximately 11 months after the jab. While it is possible the jab might have contributed, there maybe other more plausible explanations... For example... Pre covid in the US, 200 MS cases were diagnosed per week, In UK it was 130. Based on those numbers, either 200 or130 people per week would be identified with MS within a week of a jab (assuming everyonetook it)... just due to coincidence. That's 400 or 260 within 2 weeks, 600 or 390 within 3 weeks, 800 or 420 in a month or1600 or 780 within two months of a jab... so, it could be coincidence. Within a year of the jab, that's approx 16K in 1 year based on 2018 figures, just coincidentally...in 2 countries The virus itself is known to trigger similar symptoms as well... Again, not suggesting a link is entirely not impossible. However, if you are convinced it is the jab, then doesn't matter what anyone says, that is your take on it...

@iDestiny MS has the hallmark of being difficult to diagnose because the damage takes time to manifest in the form of physical symptoms and neurological deficits. While a year seems like a long time, in the realm of MS its nothing. It could have easily been induced at the time of vaccination, and it took 8-9 months for the damage to become severe enough to cause symptoms

I was a fit and healthy 28 year old with no prior health symptoms (with the exception of very occasional asthma). I woke up with sudden leg numbness and lack of balance not long after my second vaccine. Multiple sclerosis diagnosis has since followed. I struggle to believe these aren’t connected. Never again will I be bullied into taking any medical intervention from the government again.

I've had MS for 10 years. I have VA health care as I was diagnosed within weeks of returning from Afghanistan. When I asked my doctor about the possible dangers of the vax and MS she said it was harmless and that they are following the MS society guidelines. I went to their website to see where they got their information. It was based off a study of only 40 MS patients and observed them for only 3 months. The study shows a slight increase in symptoms of those vaxed. I sent her the study and asked if this was something she was aware of and I received complete silence. When I called to follow up I was told to quell my rebellious spirit and think about the rest of America. That only confirmed that they had indeed turned off their critical thinking. Should be criminal but nobody cares.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2012 and retired, disabled, in 2015 but symptoms began in the 1980's following hepatitis B vaccines required by work (I was an RN). I discovered a paper published in France in the 90's linking MS with hepatitis vaccines. I have not taken any vaccines since 2000, but when the Covid vaccine became available I took one 'for the team'. Within four weeks MS relapsed and my gait was once again affected. Needless to say, I have not taken another vaccine.

One son had mental problems before the Covid crisis incl drug problems but got a full blown psychosis last autumn. Possibly more to do with the Covid measures, the government nudging and the social distancing than his two mRNA jabs? He felt rather resentful after being coerced into taking the jabs. The other son had strange infections after his third mRNA jab that normally only immunocompromised people get. My niece developped the autoimmune disease psoriasis after her third mRNA jab.

Hi Lucy. I've just posted the following above: "Up until May 2021, I was a perfectly healthy 40 something. May 2021, I had my one and only AZ Covid Jab. Beginning of June 2021, i started to lose the feeling in the center section of my body. Diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. Its July 2023 as I type, and I spend my days with my entire body tingling/buzzing constantly. Endless bouts of feeling incredibly sick and shaking. Numbness on various patches of my body. That jab has utterly wrecked my life, yet because I can still walk, i'm entitled to nothing. Angry doesn't quite cover how I feel." Our symptoms sound very very similer. I still have no diagnosis, which is so frustrating.

@Matt Crooke hi thank you for your reply what you have described is very much similar symptoms I started to have unfortunately they got worse I was lucky enough to have a GP that had known me most of my life & he was the one who got me the mri scan & that’s when everything changed for me at least with a confident diagnosis I know what I have, unfortunately I had to give up work as I had a driving job. Try talking to a GP about getting an mri scan for you at least it can be ruled out or you could be given an answer as to what is causing your problems I hope that could help you in finding out the cause of the problems your experiencing.

I’m also a person with MS and was a professional in the community. My neurologist pressed me to get vaccinated but I asked her for the data on the vax and MS patients and she said that it wasn’t available yet but she was told what it said so she can explain it to me. Told her I can still analyze my own data and once she gives it to me to look over then we can talk about getting the vax. Never got the data or the first jab and she eventually quit pushing it. I was suspicious about how MD’s were talking about it and the fear factor and the manipulation that I was hearing. Thank God i didn’t do it!

It’s a clotting gene , but it also makes it about impossible to use synthetic B12 and B6 I can not metabolize synthetic B12 , B6 ect that are not 100% natural. There are special b vitamin supplements you can ask your provider about if that turns out to be the case. I couldn’t process any synthetic b vitamins I now eat a diet Rich in B bits. My nervous dusty to a hit. It was the most strange feeling. I don’t think it is possible to describe how strange it felt. Like I was poisoned . I actually had the test through a free web site then my provider confirmed the test. I indeed had 1 copy of this gene.

MTHFR is very common. You don't methylate folate so must buy methyl folate and B12 supplement. If you don't want to buy genetic test you might as well take B7 (Biotin) since you might have a deficiency of an enzyme that scavenges it from the intestines. Then, once a week, take a multivitamin and multiple B vitamin supplement. This will help you avoid B12 deficiency and anemia and digestive issues. It will also help you to avoid heart problems.

In April 2021 I was a healthy 60-year-old woman and wanted to have a little bit of life back. I decided to get the Pfizer vaccine and I told my husband to let me go first and see how I do since he has some medical issues. I thought I did fine and got the second one but within a couple of weeks something was very wrong, but I didn't think about the vaccine I thought maybe my age. My balance was off, I had a tightness around my waist, I didn't want to drive at night, and my personality had changed. My daughter started googling and said it sounds like MS. My daughter asked a friend that was a doctor and he said he didn't think so. My age was the main reason. I will skip ahead to January 2023 and finally had an MRI and had many lesions. In my report, it said, “somewhat old for this active MS.” My next step was a spinal tap and I had the bands in my fluid. I was finally diagnosed with MS. In April I started Ocrevus. My life has changed so much in the last 2 years. I am 99.999 percent sure it was the vaccine that caused my MS.

As MS sufferer I decided not to partake in any covid vaccines. Interestingly I had covid once and made full recovery, unlike most of my family and friends who’ve had multiple vaccines quickly followed by repeated covid infections. What infuriates me to this day is the shaming, ridicule and bullying I encountered by several distant relatives and others (some in the medical profession) who expressed their displeasure. Calling for my incarceration, denial of all health care and removal from society (yes this actually happened) I was called selfish and a danger to society for following my own gut instinct. I have had autoimmune disease all my life. It wasn’t diagnosed till I was 44. I would have periods of debilitating illness which would last for long periods of time. There seemed no rhyme or reason for any of it. In 2020 I began to wonder if my illnesses had anything to do with vaccines I received in my childhood. I remember quite well the ages I was during my illnesses. When I researched the age and school grade the vaccines were received they actually coincided with the illnesses. When I was 44, I went back to school and did practical nursing. At the end of my courses I had to get booster shots to be able to be licensed. I went to work and didn’t get but a few months out of my new career before I got very ill. I lost my career and 5 years of my health. I got back to work, working in an inner city mission. I had to be vaccinated for hepatitis A&B. You can’t imagine how sick I got and the sinking feeling when my Rheumatologist said we were going to have to go back to square 1! Biologics and other drugs were no longer working and I got very sick again! I did not take the Vaccines for Covid19, and will never take another vaccine. I remember getting a couple of flu vaccines as it was recommended that I take them. I nearly died each time from the flu I was supposedly getting protection from! I don’t understand why this was never picked up by the medical professionals who should have been looking after me! Well, the mystery is now solved. Vaccines are the culprit! I wonder if they are at the root of Autism, ADD, And other disorders. I also know that a lot of teenagers end up with bipolar and schizophrenia in their teens! I wonder if it could be related to high school vaccines. I have never known where to go with this. Maybe you would know, Dr. Campbell. Maybe it’s all just coincidence? I wonder if WHO knows anything about it? But I am just an old lady who maybe could have had a much better quality of life. I wonder if anyone else has experienced something like this." Thank you for all you do. I do believe you do manage to make a difference as hard as that can be in these days. Keep on doing what you do! We all love you for caring!

@kathy harris have to wonder if you’re aware of how dismissive of these heart wrenching stories you come across as. No one’s telling you what YOU should do. They’re simply sharing their ordeals in the wake of having gotten their shot. If you can’t muster any compassion, perhaps refraining from snarky comments is your next best choice here. You’re completely entitled to your opinion, but I can’t see how yet more righteousness and divisiveness is what our country needs.

I didn't really want to get the covid vaccine, however my workplace and college required it at the time. I looked up some of the data that was available at the time, and it looked ok. I was perfectly healthy before the shot, an athlete. 1 month after the 2nd jab I woke up with dry mouth and dry eyes. After some tests, I tested positive for Sjogren's (which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the moisture producing glands of the body). 2 years later my symptoms are slowly getting worse. Everyone was concerned about getting sick and being out of work for a week or two. Now I have a lifelong illness.

Yeah there's a few problems with your story my dude. Namely Sjögren's affects primarily women in their 50s and it's mainly caused by genetics and hormonal imbalances. So unless you're a woman in her 50s suffering from hormonal imbalances on top of having the genetics for the syndrome I'm calling bs on your story.
Racmag
Racmag 3 meses atrás
@Sithwolf So because you googled that information...your now an expert in deciding what is and what isn't? that seems logical. So here we have a random person on youtube who is now an expert on Sjogren's, more than a rheumatologist, medical doctor and verified bloodwork; I should have went to you first since you are all knowing lol. To be honest with you, whether you believe it or not, isn't really my problem.

@Racmag it's called reading pubmed. Here's a pretty good review of what is currently known about Sjögren's. For example, the prevalence of this syndrome between men and women is actually higher than I expected. This syndrome has 9:1 female to male ratio, making it almost exclusive to women. Sure, I can accept a man being diagnosed but so suddenly and out of the blue? The odds don't make sense. And besides Sjögren's shouldn't have any effect on your athletic lifestyle unless you have the systemic version, and based on your description, you seem to have the oral/ocular dryness version. Edit forgot to post the review. Sorry about that. Negrini, Simone et al. “Sjögren's syndrome: a systemic autoimmune disease.” Clinical and experimental medicine vol. 22,1 (2022): 9-25.

I was initially diagnosed with MS in 2010; lived relapse free until my second Covid shot in 2021. I thought I was having a bad reaction to the shot; vision and balance issues. By the second week, I realized this was something more. I spent 3 days in a military hospital in San Antonio. MRI showed flair on one of my brain lesions; steroid infusions everyday.

Up until May 2021, I was a perfectly healthy 40 something. Angry doesn't quite cover how I feel.

As heartbreaking as it it. All medical staff should be doing the job "for the greater good." If they can't see what's actually important for the greater good and be prepared to stand up to that. Then they shouldn't be in the job anyway. Every medical practitioner who took these shots iether decided that money was more important than their own life. Or they never possessed the intelligence required to look after their own health never mind anyone else's.

My father was one of 5 children. His three brothers were in the Korean War. Two of those three were on the “slower” side and were placed in a different company than the third brother. Those two brothers developed MS, and one of the two had several strokes. The third brother was fine. The interesting part is a woman from the government fought to get my two uncles with MS the highest amount of disability benefits allowed . No other siblings developed MS. I always thought about them being used as guinea pigs even before the pandemic.

Thank you. Thank you for your continued content. I was a very active and healthy 53 yo gal until I got the 1st and 2nd Pfizer jabs. I started having issues immediately (starting with foot pain and was in a walking boot for a year). It took me 6 months to make the temporal relationship. I went on to develop erythromelalgia (per Mayo Clinic, highly correlated to long covid and the vaccine) and then the numbness started in feet and then hands, moving up my body. It took EXTREME self-advocacy and tenacity but I pressed. Vaccines in Feb 2021 and then in March 2023, I was diagnosed with CIDP and being ruled out for MS by 2 different neuro-immunologists. I wonder and believe, actually that this SAME type of mechanism is what caused my issues and ultimately CIDP. I am part of forums with Vaccine injured people w/neurological symptoms and many of us have been diagnosed or are in the process of being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre or it’s chronic companion, CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy). I’m watching closely for someone to make this connection and publish a paper. Thank you!

I am definitely not unsympathetic to your situation. However, your source of information, in this case, shouldn't be someone like JC. Link or no, or no link, he is cherry-picking statements to suit his narrative, and it is not necessarily aligned to yours. Jabs do have side effects. But the analyses should be done logically and carry scientific merit. Anyone who interprets said finding should do so in an unbiased manner. So if you read the report he presents, you may be Ble to determine what he left out of the video... Hope you find the answers you are looking for...

My MS disease activity was stable for 8 years on the DMT I take daily. My neurologist told me that I was in the high risk category for extreme results should I get Covid 19. My wife and I weighed it out, and with some reluctance chose to take my neurologists advice. Not long after the second vaccine dose my MS symptoms began to worsen, and I have been in a steady decline since. There WAS a NIH report of people with MS having the same experience that I have, but..I cannot locate it now on the internet. Before getting the Covid 19 vaccine I could walk an amusement park. It would wipe me out and exacerbate my symptoms, but I could do it and just needed to recover. I just had to buy a scooter because a grocery store trip wipes me out. My balance is poor. Cognition worse. I could go on. I wish I never listened to my neuro and never got the Covid 19 vaccine.

Some extended fasting can help a great deal with your MS and any 'new' autoimmune issues people experience. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. I like many others in the comments also have MS. When I was able to work, I worked in the medical field. I was just about tobstart PA school when my body started to show symptoms. As soon as COVID became a thing I started studying it. I am not vaxed. Prior to COVID I had a conversation with my neurologist about vaccines. He wanted me to get the flu shot. I explained that we only have a vaccine for things we know how we get and know how to cure. So, why would I take a shot that could potentially prevent the "regular flu"? Because, if I get sick my immune system can't fight it. I only want to be sick with something doctors know. Taking any vaccine puts me at risk of a mutated strain that doctors don't know how to help me with. Kinda like COVID itself. That being said I have had COVID twice. I was considered "high risk" and I am still here. Never even went near a hospital for the same fear. Catching something doctors didn't know how to handle. No thank you. VERY glad I didn't get it and discouraged others to get it. Maybe, it will save others from living with this. On the bright side, knowing a cause, could mean we are 1 step closer to cure for MS!

I also developed Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, confirmed by autoantibodies, and a "ratty" thyroid ultrasound as well as low thyroid hormone levels. I point blank asked my Neurologist if this could be caused by the vaccine, she said she had never heard of that cause, BUT never reported to VAERS. I was coerced into the flu shot for my job as a Medical Sales Representative (Capital Equipment), for clearance onto hospitals. It is time for the medical community and the general public to recognize the possible adverse effects of vaccines.

I was bullied and guilted into getting the clot shot in 2021 (brother in-law died of Covfefe and almost lost a few more people on my husband's side). It make me sicker than I've ever been for about 24 hours. It was awful. I got temprary neuropathy in my arms and the tip of my nose, lasting about a year. Thanks to exercise and detoxing, I can say that my health is back to normal. However, I will NEVER allow anyone to bully me into a health decision ever again.

About 4 years ago, my young adult daughter was feeling run down. Her lab work showed traces of Mono. So clearly (sarc), the doctor thought she needed a flu shot and she also got her first HPV shot. Within hours, her feet were burning and she had trouble walking. She went back to the doctor within a day or two, the doctor apparently didn't know what happened. She had trouble walking for five days. I'm glad she made the decision to not see that doctor again.

I am a biochemist and have an autoimmune condition which affects my nervous system. I did not of course know the exact mechanism but I was very concerned as soon as I saw the mRNA vaccines that they could induce a widespread immune response in all tissues that could affect my condition. At the very least, it was clear to me that we had not completed Phase 3 trials and we did not know exactly how the immune system would interact with these vaccines. Thank you John for bringing this to our attention. I am slightly amazed it even got published.

Yes from the very beginning of the vaccine drive here in the UK I was talking to everyone I came into contact with. One man in particular I strongly advised him not dissuade his young adult son of having the vaccine as he played soccer and we had already seen young men collapse on sports field. He also had a relative that had died of kidney failure for no apparent reason but began immediately after being forced to have the vaccine by his employer.

greetings fellow biochemist! i was astonished at the number of my colleagues who were unconcerned that trials for the vaccine had been rushed or skipped entirely, and these same people who clearly said they had accepted that standard testing had not been done much later would argue that the vaccine had been tested and found safe. the few i had email evidence to show that they themselves had said it hadn't been fully tested would just wave it off. one of the biggest shocks to me of this whole saga was how many scientists were willing to just completely sidestep what they knew about how important the protocols were, many while still following those protocols in their daily work in the lab. not just with the vaccine either, it was so alarming. intelligent knowledgeable people went from "of course masks don't do anything against respiratory viruses that's why we have the suits. masks are for fluid spatter nothing more." to "masks absolutely stop viruses from spreading." it wasn't just mindless repetition either, they'd say it while closing windows and insisting meetings be held in small closed rooms. they really believed it.

my husband has just started showing symptoms of MS but as of yet the GPs are poopooing it. He got Pancreatitis in early 2022, 3 days after a covid jab spending 13 days in hospital. They also poopooed the connection there too. He's having an MRI scan in a couple of weeks so hopefully that will give us some answers. So glad I stumbled across this video by accident whilst looking up the video on world excess deaths.

As I stated a couple of months ago, an MRI after earlier Covid vaccinations and later strange headaches, usually during sleep, showed marked spread of white matter in my entire brain which was interpreted as MS. I think at 73 years of age I am too old to develop the disease, but my doctor simply said I am one of the lucky who have it with no symptoms. Hmmmm!! Now you have me wondering. My mother had it , but I know it isn't genetic.

The first global neurological review of COVID 19 talked about the connection between vaccinations and a generalized immune system overreaction that can cause neurological damage of different kinds, but several months later it was edited to remove that part. It was similar to the overreaction of the immune system that causes SARS. Basically, it indicates that vaccinations can cause an excessive response in certain individuals and is BIG news. We're hearing nothing about this in the US. wink wink Thank you for the report. I had covid before the vaccines were available, about the same time it hit the news. It swept me off of my feet and felt just like an MS flareup. No fever. No cough. Just weakness and breathlessness. It mimicked one of the worst MS episodes ever. It even took about the same length of time to rehabilitate afterward as a neurological assault. I've had all the vaccines and not one of them flared it up.

That was my experience with COVID. No idea that that is what MS feels like. Crazy
Lucy Swann's Unsafe Space
@Squirrely Shirley That's not what MS generally feels like. It's neurological; not pulmonary (unless the nerves being bombarded are the pulmonary nerves). It attacks everyone differently. That's what HER MS feels like. For others a flare can mimic a stroke, paralyze legs/arms/throat. It honestly varies and while there are many commonalities between ALL patients; there are just as many differences. Fatigue, heat sensitivity, numbness/tingling in extremities are the most common amongst us all though and are usually very early stage MS and what contributes to medical professionals finding the lesions/scar tissue in brain and on spinal cord.

Dear Dr Campbell, I had MS since I was about 20, now almost 40. I had very few ms problems until 2020 and 2021 after getting covid a couple of times (never saw the logic in the va x for me so I never signed up for it.) In the Fall of 2020 I was doing food and package deliveries 12-13 hours a day--tons of walking and jogging and driving but then today after a few bouts with covid I can only walk about 10-20 feet, assisted, and and have vision and mental degradation as well, and cannot do much work at all, even on the computer, hopefully awaiting disability income one day Lord willing. Thank you for sharing all your information and letting me share some MS history since 2020. God bless all. :..)

The FACT that everyone is a little different biologically, AND THEREFORE each person must figure out what their vulnerabilities are, and then, do it for their kids. And teach those kids to be able to READ AND UNDERSTAND phrases like *"both natural infection and TO A MUCH LOWER EXTENT, the mRNA based vaccinations can be accompanied by transients autoimmune phenomena or onset of auto immune diseases"* because that is what the report actually says,

My mother was finally diagnosed with MS in the 80s. She told me she believed it was triggered by the Swine flu vaccine. I had been in line awaiting that jab in 1976 but, thankfully, I panicked and ran. I later remembered her saying this and this was one personal reason for my covid Vax refusal. I'm also thankful mom died in 2018 and God spared her from the nightmare of these past few years

I've witnessed 4 fellow techs become strickened with it over my 40 year career. I'm now afraid I have it. I have most of the known symptoms. I am currently being evaluated for MS. Before the vaccine, I was an active and physically strong Registered nurse. I first developed bursitis and frozen shoulder the day after the 2nd one and a few months later, developed arm weakness and chest tightness (aka MS hug). I thought I was just getting out of shape but a few months later, I developed severe painful peripheral neuropathy in all my extremities. My initial MRI showed lesions in my cervical spine but no new changes to the later MRIs. I still have weakness and constant pain & numbness which limits me terribly and it’s difficult to walk and do chores. I ended up leaving my job to work in infection control which is much easier on the body. This is the one good thing that has come out of all this (I truly love my job now). I’m 52 and MS is usually diagnosed in those under 40 and only about 3.4% are diagnosed after 50 so it is very suspicious. Hopefully this is just an acute case of myelitis and not chronic MS. My symptoms affect my life a great deal. I’ve always been so healthy and never saw myself as someone who could be so debilitated. I pray every day that this doesn’t get worse. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Campbell for always seeking the truth and sharing what you know with others.

I had a lot of similar symptoms post vaccine and I did PT, saw a chiropractor, and really started watching my diet. Very clean, anti-inflammatory foods. No processed foods. Lots of detoxification. It took over a year but I was pretty much back to where I was pre-vaccine. I had to do a lot of stretching shortly after I woke up though so I could move. I hope this helps.

@Kristin Isenberg I couldn’t agree more with having a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been a vegetarian since my 20s & plant based vegan since my late 30s and I always wonder if I didn’t eat this way, would I be worse? I do notice that symptoms decrease when I do intermittent fasting and interestingly, this is the one thing recommended for MS symptoms. I do have decreased GI motility & difficulty swallowing so I am having gastric emptying and swallow studies in the near future. It’s hard to eat sometimes when the food stays in your stomach and I often throw up. Lost a significant amount of weight. Good thing I have peasant ancestry which has survived famines or I’d be losing weight even faster. I’m still pretty thin though. Thank you for your kind words. :)

I have had the 3 Pfizer shots plus a flue shorty, all in required succession due to my job, since then over a period of approximately 6 months I’ve had flare ups of bone pain, and just recently been diagnosed with Graves’ disease which triggered hyperactive thyroid, this is an autoimmune disease so I’ve learnt! I’m convinced that the shots triggered all of this, even before diagnosis I felt different, hard to explain, but the symptoms of graves distracted me for awhile with extreme unexplained weight loss and shaking, anxiety and fatigue. And to top it all off I now have a prolapsed bladder, can’t have anaesthesia for a knee operation due to the complications that can arise, all this within the last few months, before all this I had a very active lifestyle juggling work and full on with the grandkids, now I’ve lost all motivation, last week I heard that another work mate has also been diagnosed with hyperactive thyroid as well, would this be a coincidence or what?
