One time, I was having a particularly tough day. Everything seemed to be going wrong and I was feeling really down and defeated. I was trying to work on a project, but my mind was so cluttered and scattered that I couldn't focus. I knew I needed to take a break and clear my head, so I decided to put on this track that always brings me inner peace. As soon as the music started playing, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. The melodies and harmonies were so soothing and uplifting that I couldn't help but feel a sense of calm wash over me. I closed my eyes and let the music envelop me. I took a few deep breaths and let myself sink into the present moment. As I listened to the track, I felt my mind start to clear and my thoughts slow down. I was able to let go of all my worries and just be in the moment. After a few minutes of listening to this track, I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I was able to return to my work with a clear mind and a renewed sense of focus and determination. I believe that this track has such a powerful and transformative effect on me because it's more than just a piece of music. It's a source of inspiration and solace that helps me find my center and stay grounded no matter what challenges life throws my way. It's a reminder that, even in the darkest of times, there is always hope and beauty to be found.

I am aware that nobody cares, yet I have been struggling to cope with my depression. My son once told me that he realized nobody really cares. At first I corrected him and told him that I cared. But his point was, nobody can really care completely the way he would need them to. But this realization liberated him. Because he said that it was his ground zero. He need to be the one to care. And his caring for himself would be his starting point. He would put in the effort to totally care, first for himself, and then for others. It was a profound realization. And one that I gained a lot of strength from. So, I would encourage you to embrace that nobody cares and you, yourself, can step into that role of care. Do it with your whole heart! Begin to care. Let it grow.
