What separates Action from other food shows is just his genuine love and passion for the food he's showcasing. The content, production and vibes are always on point too. Look forward to this every week. Thank you Bam Bam.

What's most impressive for me is the fact that Action managed to completely change the show's formula, adapt it to the lower budget (he hasn't left NY since departure from Vice, as far as I'm concerned) and make some significant 'sacrifices' (episodes are much shorter, no entourage but occasional guests and as I said before- no travels) without compromising any of it's qualities. He is definitely the right man in the right place, not just taking advantage of his popularity as a rapper (as most of them do). This personality and pure passion speaks volumes. I simply can't even imagine better food show than this. No screaming, throwing plates, scripted parts that brings to mind some cheap-ass reality show. All I can do is smoke a doobie and enjoy.

AB is goated alone on the fact that he treats the vendors so well. Humble guy that just appreciates their hustle.

Was driving down Roosevelt last weekend, and the scene that AB described made me slam the brakes and cancel my plans. We parked, walked the street, ate the best Colombian empanadas I've had since leaving Miami, ate the best arepas I've had since leaving Miami, and drank in the glorious amalgam of culture. Just people living in and on top of each other, and making it happen. Shoutouts Bronson for highlighting the real shit. Also, there's an oblea cart with a kind lady that made me the most fire oblea con arequipe I've had since I was a kid. Was on the verge of tears from how beautiful and delicious it was. Immaculate aftenoon.

action has one of the most unique and articulate voices out of any food review content. the way he describes the views and the food makes you want to be there in that moment enjoying life

Ahh yes, Laser Wolf is an experience to say the least. I’ve been blessed to have gone to the one in Philadelphia and had my mind blown. Incredible restaurant and Chef Solomonov is a culinary genius. Hats off to that man. I bought his cook book a couple years ago and made some of the best homemade hummus using his recipes 🤌

Amazing food was featured as always!! Just one tiny suggestion: please please show a spotlight on some Asian food, specifically Filipino food. As a Filipino American, I think we have a lot to offer other than Jollibee fried chicken. There's chicken or pork adobo, lumpia egg rolls, halo halo, so much!!

There’s a spot in Puerto Rico called Guavate in cayey Puerto rico. Also called “la milla del lechón” nothing but lechoneras (pork barbecue spots). I think you could get some good content there. Anthony Bordain was there and some other travel channel cook. I’m kosher now but I used to love it. Also tripleta sandwich spots. 💪🏽
