Atiba was the one who never said 'no' to Canada even when we were at our worst, he would fly over from Europe to put on the red shirt against inglorious Concacaf opponents.
Never liked Arfield as a player. His shots for Canada are like a free clearance for the opponent. Ridiculous that he thinks he can play for Scotland meanwhile not strong to be in the Canada squad.
@AckOglPho To be fair to him, he contributed when we were really thin. He's also never lived and his dream would have been to represent Scotland at a World Cup, that's where his heart always was. This Canada teams awesome because there's a ton of players from all over that wanted to represent Canada specifically and represent our country in a very proudly Canadian way. That's part of what makes teams like Mexico and the USA dangerous at World Cups too. They don't have many players just playing for a country to experience the World Cup, even if their heart is somewhere else. Ie. the Jamaican team and a few others throughout history.
As a Scottish Turk, neither of my countries are in the world cup, safe to say I'll be supporting Canada in the World Cup for my man Atiba. As a lifelong Beşiktaş fan he is one of my favourite players of all time and no one deserves to play at a World Cup more than him. Let's go Atiba, let's go Canada! 🔴⚪🇨🇦

Love the man he gives Canada some real veteran leadership! I honestly feel that Canada can advance to the knockout round. Belgium will be tough but maybe Canada can squeak out a draw. Croatia has gotten older and slower and they can be beaten! Davies has guys that can finish off his passes!
