hey nicole! a little tip for melting chocolate: add some olive oil or any oil u have to the chocolate and it melts so much better and it’s shiny too! do it before u melt it so just add it to the chips and microwave it ◡̈ it also makes it a bit runnier which makes it easier to dip stuff into it with a non clumpy finish

Hey colie! Tip for making smooth chocolate strawberries is to tilt the bowl a little, hold the strawberry by the stem and put in the chocolate and rotate it then pick it up, let it drip a little, then place on the paper on the pan. Love you and your videos!! 🤍
