@Louise Rawle we're fortunate in the UK to have had a load of good comedies the last 30 years or so. The aussie comedy No Activity was aired here a few years back... That was really good. Well written and fair dinkum cast.

I'm half Brazilian and anyone who likes vitriolic wit absolutely loves his stuff! They and those I've forced his material and series on to, who thanked me. I came across his work totally by accident one morning in Brasília. I started to watch "a series called The Office" and said "Jesus F. Christ, this is so like an English office...!" and couldn't stop watching. I've had the misfortune to have worked for 3 months in said environment and don't know how I didn't lose weight, for all I did was listen, observe and throw up. 3 months that felt like 7 years, at an extinct building society bought by Santander.
