Chad idea: Coordinate the entire community to give each mob the same exact amount of votes. This will make Mojang add all 3.

Honestly it would be cool to have giant drivable ships

Please let the mob vote not be 3 bad options like it has been in the past. I want 3 options that add actually useful things to the game and not just cosmetic, like new useable items, weapons, potions that kind of thing.

I don't want to lose any of them. They are cute and interesting

I wonder how Mojang will address the mob vote issue at Minecraft Live and if they will respond to the community or if it might not be addressed at all (the way I gauge Mojang they are addressing it). Exciting!

It says in the description in the game- You can vote for an armadillo, penguin, or the crab. Exciting!

This is definitely gonna be an ocean update of sorts

It would be nice to finally be able to pilot a built ship... The Archimedes' Ships mod did it years ago by now, but it would be nice to have it in vanilla.

“Block-built boats can not sail in-game” makes me want them to do exactly that.

I wonder whether the whole 'adventure' aspect will tie largely into the mobs or not. Would be nice to have some more mobs based around exploration

Penguin: Just like its real-world counterpart, the penguin is a social mob, and it's amphibious! That means it's happy both on land and in the water, though it can be a little clumsy when walking. The penguin is a speedy swimmer though, and it has a very special skill - it can help your boat travel Armadillo :Mojang also confirmed that armadillos will drop a special scute that can later be used to craft armor for wolves. This is the most significant news for the playerbase since millions have been craving wolf armor in the vanilla version of the game. Crab: The crab has one gigantic claw, which it likes to wave around as it scuttles through its home in the mangrove swamp. This giant claw is very special because if a player manages to find one, they can use it to place blocks further away!

I hope we get a new mount like the brilliant beetle from legends. I really want a mount that can glide and/or climb.

I was just making a YT short about my guesses for the new Minecraft mobs... but now they're at sea & it's got me all confused. 😂

The theme of this new update could focus on the mobs from previous mob votes, adding all of them and integrating new mechanics into their respective biomes. It could be divided into two parts similar to the Caves and Cliffs Update. I understand that the mob vote is a strategy to generate hype in the community, but it would be an incredible twist/surprise if all the previous mobs (including the crab, armadillo, and penguin) were added to Minecraft, undoubtedly addressing a highly requested demand from the community.

They said it was going to be 3 passive animal mobs. They’ve hinted at a duck in previous videos, and i heard a seagull and an owl in this video. So my best guess is the three mobs are a duck, a seagull, and an owl.

These mobs have important features that would better the game; please add each one. 🥺 It would be a fun way to put an end to the mob vote that hurts many players, and in future years find new ways for community engagement that doesn't leave fans angry and upset. ❤️

With this happening on a boat, we're getting at least 1 aquatic mob. If the other mobs aren't aquatic, they'll be stopping onto some islands that have the mobs on it.

Im excited for a new mob! I hope the boat is a hint that they are all water themed mobs!

I hope there are sea otters whose function is to look for shells and produce pearls, which can be used as knick-knacks. 😁

My prediction for what this mob is that it could be the seagull. In the video it is seen that the tinies are lost at sea. It is known fact that seagull fly near land. I would imagine that after a few minutes at sea, you would encounter seagulls that could guide you to land.

They could add all three mobs at once, that way it would be more fun and with new and innovative mechanics, we don't want mob votes!

They forgot that ships don't move on water. It's gonna take them a while to get there.

The fact that we can hear both Owls and Seagulls in the background could possibly be a hint towards them being in the Mob vote

This might be a sign for an end update because strongholds are usually found under bodies of water. Keep our fingers crossed🤞

Change my mind: They should do something along the lines of "losing mobs from previous mob votes redemption thingy" so that we can vote in the Copper Golem.

Vote for Pirates!!! Yes! Pirates are hostile mobs that spawn in pirate ships and can wield stone or iron swords.

Seeing a whole pirates theme so far gets me intrigued with what the next update may be and what the mobs may be

They are using a sunken ship, makes you think, the ancient builders. Discovering all the mobs and features in minecraft for future generations.

Hopefully we get some moveable boats like the one in the video I’ve wanted them for years

just add them all, i get the vote is to get us excited and to market the game but when you first started the votes you said the other options would be added too and we havent seen it once over the many years, id be ok picking if i knew the other options would make it in too

I think this one is really gonna be it. The MC community has already made enough mistakes and I think we've learned from them. Hopefully we don't have a repeat of the Glow Sqiud vote

I bet they’re adding the angel. They are super kind to every mob you can think of.

I hope they add something to The Nether too. I thought wooden boxes should show the type of wood they are made out of. For a new biome ... Wetlands. For a new crop, I would do rice, or corn. Mobs, well I would add gators to the swampland. Add snakes/lizards to the Badlands, and one more... light bugs. 🐡

Aquatic life, flying sea creatures, amphibians? Pirate theme? Adventure? Cute animals above all. It's all getting more and more intriguing

I predict it will be like the trails and trails update but in water since they are going on an adventure in the water they probably want the players to explore underwater more 🤔. I do think it would be interesting more stuff to the ocean like more dig sites and more things to explore.

They should really make a driveable ship or at least a structure

Everyone, please check the information about mobs *carefully* before you vote, we don't want a repeat of the situation from last votes (Mojang explained that rascal would give more items than just a pickaxe, glow squid won't hypnotize players, sniffer's plants will be only decorative, allay won't copy items, etc. but a lot of people didn't listen to them)

What they really ought to do for the mob vote is to have a rejected mob vote where the three options are rejected mobs from past votes like the copper golem, moobloom, and the blaze king thing or something
