I miss the lions Stafford. The throws he made over the last 12 years were way more impressive than 98% of what he did this year. Nice to see him having fun again though. I bet he's even better next year
Hes had a lot of wide open receivers in LA, too. In Detroit, besides Calvin, he worked with a lot of contested catch reveivers like Marvin and Kenny. Also, i think his elbow injury really limited his throw power and led to some of those INTs, too
A Superbowl title in his first year not in Detroit. This guy now is also the QB for the 2 most prolific receiving seasons of all time in Megatron and Kupp. What a difference a year in a new scene can make.
I’m so happy Matty got himself a Super Bowl win. Tbh he was one of the most impressive QBs each year, and especially to be on the team he was on, made it even more impressive what he was able to do. Though I guess having Megatron was also a positive as well lol. But he deserved this, and Joe hopefully has one Ty I’d time to get to numerous mire SBs as long as he stays healthy. And I can’t remember if Jackson was still with them in the SB, but he’s another guy who I belief deserves this SB win as well tbh. I’ve always loved watching him play and his extreme speed just taking off in people and making it look like he isn’t even remotely trying at all.

@Edgar Luna well kinda, he wanted to go to a team that wasn’t rebuilding, the lions were in rebuild mode twice when he was there. He probably didn’t want to stay for another 3 years or 4 years of poverty
