This one I could live in! I'm a 73 year old woman who can't do stairs, or do the off grid lifestyle. The community is such a great idea and I hope to see more legal tiny house communities crop up elsewhere, in every state. Because it's a one bedroom, I would have two twin beds so I can have a place for my sister to sleep instead of the living area. I appreciate the extra space the back porch offers as well. It would be perfect to store summer/winter items in the climate I live in. Really nice, clean lines with a lot of storage. Excellent design! :)
I'm an old folk who still does stairs in my tiny. Using my legs keeps them active...I can't do this or that creates a mindset that eventually cripples you. Keep using your limbs!
I am going to take a moment here and just appreciate the sheer confidence that the girl is displaying on screen, loved the video, loved the tiny home but most of all loved the immense confidence and clarity that the girl has shown. This home is gorgeous! I’m puzzzled by your saying that your sink is a farm style sink. I thought that a farm style sink came out over the cabinets below. and are usually larger. Your sink looks like an undermount sink.

We have enormous vacancies in real estate, these people lie to you. People die from cancer, Covid, car accidents, genetic disorders all the time. The deceased will not collect social security, Medicare, pensions or 401k. We can tell when journalists, lawyers, politicians, real estate agents take money from foreign governments to spread Anti America propaganda. Construction companies pack people into cities while there are abandoned ghost towns and abandoned railroad tracks all over USA.

It's a gorgeous tiny house and I love how your home is laid out and also your colour scheme, light and airy. I do love the layout of this home! All on one floor is very important to older folks. There is NO way I can crawl on my old knees to make a bed on the floor! So this home is perfect for my husband & myself.
You did a great job with a tiny home. To me, full-sized appliances are a must - stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Everything was light and bright - I loved the front porch and the flooring. So important to have outdoor space --- especially for your dog. Enjoy!!!!
Absolutely love this house!! Her dog is super cute too. 😊 We recently sold our 4000 sq ft. home and got rid of pretty much everything to live in a fifth wheel travel trailer and move around the country. Our friends all think that we are crazy but she is correct when she says how liberating it is to get rid of "stuff" Great video!! Hopefully we will see more communities like this open up around the country.
One of the best tiny houses I've seen. The fact that she has an almost full bathroom, a bedroom she can actually stand on, a porch, my goodness. Such a smart choice and investment at such a young age.

I think it's always a challenge to find enough storage. It's why many garages simply become the storage unit. Overall, it's a good use of space, and this one has a real bedroom closet, which is a plus.

I really like this tiny house because it's all 1 level. The low ceiling lofts with a bed crammed into it just doesn't appeal to me. Neither do stairs going up to it for that matter. This model is definitely great.

Thanks for your house tour! Your home is really beautiful, a lovely design and very well organized! I could see myself living in it with a few minor alterations. For one thing, being a much older person than you, I definitely need a small dining area with a normal dining table. Secondly, a larger wardrobe for clothes and other linen-wear is essential for me. I also do crafts which I intend to build up into a tiny business, so somehow I'd need a small area for that... I love the fact that you have outside storage. I keep handyman tool boxes, gardening tools, lanterns for summer nights etc. All in all my dear, your home lacks nothing! It's one of the loveliest tiny homes I've seen. Enjoy it in good health!

This is the first Tiny house that felt like a home. I really love everything about it except for the blue kitchen curtain that made me laugh a lot. I hope the dog likes it too sure looks happy. Congratulations it’s gorgeous.
You've done a lovely job downsizing into your new lifestyle. One tip I would like to tell people, always keep in mind that when you flush your commode, a water spray you cannot see will reach up to 6' around the commode. So keep your hand towel, toothbrushes, etc as far away from the commode as possible. In a small bathroom, train yourself and others in your home to always close the lid before flushing. If you are building a home, be sure you put in the best vent fan you can over the commode and near your shower and use them. If you waste your space in a "water closet" you will need two vent fans, one for the butt room and one for the shower/tub. Don't skimp on these vents, you want strong air draw to get moisture out. If your home is well insulated (and small), the more air draw the better to keep down mildew, kitchen smoke residue, etc.
So glad to see more TH communities - it's such a shame we cannot find a way to address how difficult it is for TH folks to find legal places to place their homes due to radically dif rules state to state and even county to county.
Almost perfect. Some minor additions I would require: - Bathroom: a tub and a mirror that allows one to see the back-- and sides-- of the head simultaneously (sometimes erroneously called a "trifold" mirror). - A modular, foldable table that can be setup for dining. - A small, designated work space.
I have been looking at tiny homes for almost 5 years now and I know you said this model was the Haven but who is the manufacturer? I am very interested in this floorplan. It is lovely! 💙
I love the layout and the colors etc. It would a great set up for Senior citizens with a bedroom and no lofts. I like the idea of being in a Tiny house village the porches are also a plus. I'm not quite sure about the need for full size appliances for one person. It would really be beneficial to know costs.
Finally, a home perfect for a single person. One level, no loft, beautifully thought out. As a person close to retirement, I would live in a place like that. With cost and availability of land, it is an effective alternate approach to a community.
Omg she is awesome! Her focus, outlook and lifestyle is so relatable. More is definitely not necessarily better nor is bigger. She seems to be finding a great balance. Digital nomad life...yay! Great video
This is a gorgeous tiny house and its the first one I've seen where comfort is at the forefront. That community is also beautiful, I can imagine living there and working from home everyday.

I plan on owning a TH one day. I love seeing how people use their space creatively. Direct sunlight will ruin books over a period of time, so she may want to consider having them up there.

I LOVE your tiny home 🏡. I want something like this but with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom and a loft for my daughter. I love that it has full size appliances which is a must for me. I agree with you about the obsession with consumerism here is America, and that more does not necessarily mean better
Possible the best tiny home I've seen on this channel so far. This is actually a nice sized home and with space in it. But I guess also depends on your budget as well, of how much money you have to have enough storage (space) you want in your tiny home.

My only concern with this style Tiny Home is the oversized windows on almost every wall. It makes security, furniture placement and built-in cabinetry a real problem. Her home is beautiful though-and love her personality and interview style (and the dog!❤️)
I would use that corner stand as a place to put a Microwave or Emil Lagasse 360 Air Fryer Oven on one side and a place to put a printer by the window and use the bottom for more storage. Love the look of your house. A Park Model like yours is perfect, not to small, but not big either but it does have more room and full-size appliances. I really like the style of your Park Model House, and its floor plan, and built-in cabinets. What is the Name of the company that built it?

Such a cute place! I would put some UV blocking film over the windows where the books are stored if not on each window. You'll still have light coming in, but not as damaging.
Great house, Like the single floor plan and also being in a tiny house community. However, the most impressive thing I saw was the three screen laptop!
I like your home. I am now retired and the older one gets the more one realizes collecting stuff is just more that must be dusted, vacuumed, cleaned. And then one realizes how much money one has spent on stuff that we have to get rid of when we are older. Smart move on your part and I hope you are happy always in your darling little home. Seems you have your priotities straight.
