I love Kris gets 10%. Some people would think “oh no if she were really a good mom she would never charge anything to her children.” But it’s not actually healthy business. Taking 10% is even a respect for them taking their businesses seriously and considering them as business owners just same as Kris is.
I adore this lady! She proves that you can start a brand new career over the age of 50. She’s graceful, the best mama bear that I have seen besides my own mom, I just adore her! I just can’t explain how much. I wish her all the best in the world and that she just continues to live her best life! She gives women, such as myself that just turned 50, so much more to look forward to.
She really did pimp her daughter out, both of them lied about it, they trying to take it to their grave but it’ll come out, it was obvious… legit you can see kim and ray J in just two google searches… I can’t even grasp that a lot of people have probably seen her tape, her momma even reviewed them… i dont know how we forget about that
Thanks Kris! I am 39, single, no children but just graduated Pharmacy school. I would love to get married and settle down and start a family life but I knew I had to take the opportunity and invest 10 years into school and work in a promising medical field. I found my own power. Obviously Kris knows what she is doing!
I 🙏 your desires come forward and congratulations for charting your own way. A bit of advice....have fun and engage life and continue to be good to yourself.
Success is not built on success. It's built on failure, It's built on fraustration. it's built on fear that you have to overcome. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
I love how she says “you can do anything you set your HEART to”. When you pay attention to how they communicate, it’s obvious why they’re such successful thriving legends. This is an amazing interview. So grateful.
I’m not a huge fan of the Kardashians, but I am someone who knows business and this is a fantastic interview. I always laugh when people ask what defines success, because I always say ‘failure’. You’ll never review what went right, but when something becomes a mess you need to look at it and ask ‘why didn’t this work?’
@Mark Anderson Not surprised you mentioned Her, she is just so good and her professional strategies are really mind blowing. this is over a year i have been benefiting from her trading services
She’s not sincere. She has literally exploited her kids for money, and one of them, Kim K., decided to then put everything on camera during the Paris-Hilton-bad-girl-trash television of the 90s and early 2000s. Luck, yes, business acumen, maybe but sincerity absolutely not. I would NEVER want my kids, let alone my girls to learn from this disgusting family. I show them real business people, real heroines, real leaders, not some family who claimed celebrity status by punching one another, calling each other names, yelling at wait staff at hotels, and documenting all their bad behavior on camera. The thought that Forbes waisted their time to interview this woman is beyond me. Forbes used to be a semi-quality mag, now it’s like tmz. Ugh.
I’m disappointed she didn’t answer the body image question because as much as I respect the kardashians, it’s their influence that is the core of all of this.
I thought I was the only one who noticed she didn’t answer that question. She can’t because their success is based on posting naked pictures of themselves all the times! No sensitivity for the young girls out there who are really going through so much of self esteem issues!
Right? She basically said that they always strive to post things that make people feel good. Now that was the moment when the interviewer should’ve jumped in and ask again. Because if there’s one thing their image makes YOUNG people feel, it’s doubting about themselves.
She absolutely knows how to make money, as well as passing down amazing work ethic to her daughters, regardless of reputation and backlash, The Kardashians and Kris Jenner are the greatest example of hard work and learning and mastering new things along the way, they are The Most Famous Family in the world, the influence these women have is insane. Is not about ambition the same things as them, is about inspiring and respecting their craft as business women and also their power as humans.
I was shocked to learn that they started before Instagram. Isn't it unfair to lay all the negative side affects of sm on them? Aren't they part of our/their learning process? Respect Kris. You are a role model, that deserves the term.
I’m soo glad she touched on women being expected to have it all figured out before 30. It just isn’t a fair concept. Life does not work that way and no one will ever have it all figured out by then. We should be able to enjoy our life just like men get to. Not having to plan every single step. It just isn’t fair. It’s a burden having to chase our dreams whilst making time for dating/ starting a family. It’s all just too much especially with the current market. I’m glad I’m from a different generation where the women are no longer being told how to do things and when. I couldn’t imagine growing up in a time where marriage is the only form of accomplishment. Because if you are from a background like mine (where you rarely see it succeed) of course there will be no push or incentive there for it.
i'm so invested in this family, but not necessarily bc of the ppl, it's the lifestyle that they live. watching them makes me feel like im apart of that lifestyle , it's motivating lol
People always hate on Kris for "selling out her daughter", but I've always viewed it as...at the end of the day, she's just a mom who worked really hard to make her daughter's dreams come true! I respect that 💯 👌 🙏 👏
Kris Jenner is very close friends with the creator of girls gone wild, Joseph Francis. This guy has a LONG rap sheet including kidnapping, rape, assault, as well as dozens of fraud and theft charges. The Kardashian’s don’t have any standards, they’ll jump “in bed” with anyone that can help them climb the latter.
I admire what she's built for her family, but golly, did she side step that question about their responsibilities as social media influences. Her kids are largely responsible for the insane and so unrealistic body image portrayed on SM, and walking illustrations of the power that comes with being able to afford plastic surgery, yet she makes herself the victim of a "fear of DM"?!🤦🏾♀️ I wish they'd use their platforms more honestly and positively, it's nice to be rich but what does it profit a person to gain the world yet lose their souls and cause irrevocable damage to generations of young women
Yes, agree. Maybe it's due to there's no rules or responsibility that social media takes (or influencers take). So it's buyer beware. People watch, engage in social media and get affected different influencers out there. Many don't know better. The body image thing, so many BBLs now which is sad but then again almost funny because they were swayed by this. As a business though they've done extremely well.
I honestly don’t understand why the kardashians get such hate when people like michael jordan and kanye (prior to recently lol) get praise for essentially doing the same exact thing, which is leveraging their initial pop culture fame to market other more lucrative business ventures they start. I actually think they’re great examples to look up to, especially from a business perspective. there’s no one better at marketing, brand building and self promotion than this family... no one!
It was Kris’ idea to do Keeping Up but without her strong resilient daughters it wouldn’t have been successful so they all made it happen. She’s right to worry about how hateful comments can have a negative impact. I was badly bullied at school and it destroyed me and I just wish I had someone who took care of me so I didn’t think I was rubbish.
there's something about creatives/entrepreneurs in general constantly complaining about friends and family not taking what they do seriously, asking for free things/favours that offer nothing in return for the business but when the opposite of it happens we tend to judge the person. "how could you charge your daughters 10% you're using them..."
I’m amazed that Mika is doing this interview. I’m pretty sure to have heard talk bad about them on some other show. This just means that money gain you respect from others.
Rich and influential is hardly what I call this family. 😂😂😂😂 this is what not to do to your children 101 she literally was on camera stating how she gave her son drugs by mistake cause she was giving them to her husband the things they have on camera should be enough for her of all people to be in jail!
Can I be honest? I felt like the public could have contributed to some questions for this very interesting interview. Wish Forbes could have opened up that option for some of us to contribute beforehand. Kris is a great momager!
this is a beautiful interview, i love the kardashians, and how Kris didn't really answer that body image question bcoz ts like everyone was waiting to attack her on that, forgetting that the Kardashians work hard to keep their bodies in shape like they do. Kris is really an inspiring woman
The Kardashians are my favorite I watched every episode thank you for teaching me kindness so important. ❤️ So nice thank you for sharing your lives and stories ..we can all learn to be better people anyone who maybe reading this you are enough! Kris you're the perfect Mom Manager Friend thank you for all your Knowledge and for having such a kind heart!
I feel like Kris definitely was dodging in answering the body image question, with regard to the impact the Kardashians have on young girls'/women's mental health!! Because we all know that some of them haven't admitted to what they've had done. The woman was just going on and on about God knows what.. It's shameful!
I think they understand their influence on people, but the constant image changes are making it harder and harder to own up. Also, people love to blame them for what, at the end, are their own choices. They're not only a famous family but they're a big marketing machine but they don't put guns to people to buy what their selling or following what they do to their bodies. They can't be the ONLY influence on a young person or low self steem adult.
@Corrine K All the media training in the world she's had over the years could not stop me from reading through her bullshit right there. Looking back, I doubt she even knows what the heck she was on about when answering that question lol.
Okay but when Kris mentioned how her family have thick skin I’d have to disagree. They definitely are affected and it shows through the very obvious body image issues and plastic surgeries they have that stems from, pressure, scrutiny and the need to “keep up” their picture perfect image…
The truth guys is Kris has always been strategic. Having kids at a young age that u will grow up and uniting them . This has always been a dream for so many families .
I don’t watch much of the Kardashians anymore as I get older, but I really loved this interview. The interviewer was great, asked really good questions, and was patient. Kris did a fantastic job at explaining her perspective on everything and spoke so eloquently. I wanted this interview to go on longer than what it did. Bravo 👏🏻
She really is a rare breed Kris - calm, collected, classy, well-spoken, down-to-earth, etc. I’ve never watched any of the Kardashian’s shows, but their brand permeates our culture - many times it’s over-the-too for me, but it’s hard to deny their cleverness and business-sense. We’ll done Kris!
LOL at how the question evolved from their responsibility in their use of social media, and the impact the family has had on a generation of impressionable young women…to their victimhood at the hands of online trolls. Both are reasonable talking points. But Kris completely evaded the question. You have to laugh.
She is smart to evade the question. She knows her family is not responsible when it comes to this subject. I don't judge her either. They are a brand, aesthetic, company modeling as a family. I don't think they are obligated to be transparent. they are smart women, they know what they are doing.
She is extremely nice, but she's kinda doging the questions here. I mean what did she even really say when she was asked about her opinion on the family's responsibility regarding social media and the link to a rise in depression and body image issues amongst gen z?? like there was no real content to her answer. She's just saying nice things and ends up turning the question around, there's never really anything new - even when being asked questions she doesn't get asked that frequently. It's all super generic and always the same old answers.. honestly a little disappointing
She may be an inspiration for you, which is pathetic enough. She is certainly not an inspiration for me. I am usually not "inspired" by women who pimp out their daughters and granddaughters.
No limits for these people translates to never enough. At a certain point, when you've amassed that much wealth and power it should be about more than "the family".
She completely evaded the question regarding her daughters responsibility for body issue related issues in women due to their body modifications displayed on social media.
Its always a lesson to learn from Kardashians interviews...it can be anything like, family bond, patients, family togetherness, business managemnt, being happy for Other's achivements... Its a hard work for sure as what they all have has hard time to pay for lot of energy, skills to built up all this and sustain it in world competition.. Love u guys😍😍😍
@india Deshmukh I am dead serious india D. You actually trust and believe these scheming tramps??? They are using you but you actually believe that they are legitimate??? Fine, live in the dark, I don't care...Real people just ignore them.....
I love the kardashians, but I remember an episode of MTV cribs where Ashanti shows a necklace she got for her mom that said “momager.” The may have just been the first to monetize it…
I have never seen the show but think she is so sweet and inspiring. I’m like 333 at 4.44 - angel numbers are such a wonderful sign. No boundaries! Just joy. 🧘♀️✨💖
I actually have no problem with the Kardashians, just confused as to why I see more socialites and celebs than actual startup founders on this channel 🤷
I’m 66 years old and have beating myself up over the fact that I worked at the Bunny Ranch for 6 years and my kids knew. After it came out that Kris approved one out of three porn tapes that Kim looked good in, I no longer feel like the lowest mom ever.
@Tina, good for you & no judgement what did you build from doing that? A lot of women think themselves better, but what do they get from getting bend over from men, besides grief, and babies that grow up to fight them or hate them?
Hmmm, the questions need to be more head on. Kris is an amazing business woman but she’s not being truthful about how social media can deteriorate young women’s minds and they’re a big part of the influence.
Ok but did no one else notice how Kris gets asked the question how her family effects ppl on social media and she talks for 2+ mins and doesn’t answer the question.
Lol interesting that the interviewer asked Kris about how her family approaches the responsibility of influencing young girls body image issues and fashion etc, and kris nervously laughed because of course her family is famous for influencing BBLs, tiny waists, etc -and she ends up evading the question and talking about how people on the internet bully HER family. Interesting how she avoids addressing the actual question
No groupie, you are just really, really lost and confused...The karTRASHian--Jenner's are just using you, PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come on Kris!! It's not just words that affect mental health online!! It's the altered images and surgical bodies that all your daughters post that show UNREALISTIC and UNATTAINABLE images to the younger generation and that's what's causing depression in kids! Like you said, you guys have over a billion followers and you guys never post inspirational posts! give me a break!
Well I almost feel sorry for you groupie.....Your judgement is beyond horrible...The karTRASHian-- Jenner's are just using you and you get nothing of value out of it......
