ภัทร หนุ่มทะเล้น กากเกรียน และ ปราณ หนุ่มเนี้ยบ มาดคุณชาย ผู้ที่ถูกฟ้าลิขิตให้เป็นศัตรูกันตั้งแต่ยังไม่เห็นหน้า เพราะพ่อแม่เปิดร้านอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอยู่ข้างกัน แข่งกันตัดราคา แย่งลูกน้อง เกลียดกันชนิดไม่เผาผี ทำให้ทั้งคู่ถูกวางตัวเป็นคู่แข่งกันตั้งแต่เกิด ไม่ว่าใครคลานได้ก่อน เดินได้ก่อน เรียกพ่อแม่ได้ก่อน ทุกอย่างล้วนถูกเอามาเปรียบเทียบเกทับกัน
แต่วันหนึ่งตอนที่ทั้งคู่อายุ 12 ปี กำแพงความเกลียดชังของทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มมีรอยร้าว เมื่อ ภา น้องสาวของภัทรขี่จักรยานพลัดตกน้ำในคลองหมู่บ้าน ระหว่างที่ภัทรยังทำอะไรไม่ถูก เป็นปราณที่กระโจนลงน้ำไปช่วยภาขึ้นมา เหตุการณ์นั้นก็ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ของคนทั้งคู่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ภายนอกจะดูเป็นคู่แข่งกันเหมือนเดิม แต่ลึกๆ ข้างในก็ไม่เกลียดชังกันเท่าเดิม
จน ม.3 อาจารย์ให้ทั้งคู่ฟอร์มวงดนตรีด้วยกัน ทำให้ทั้งคู่ต้องใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้น
4 ปีต่อมา โชคชะตาก็เล่นตลกเมื่อส่งให้ ภัทร เข้าเรียนปี1 เป็นประธานรุ่นฝั่งวิศวะ ขณะที่ ปราณ เป็นประธานรุ่นคณะสถาปัตย์ โดยที่ทั้ง 2 คณะเป็นคู่แค้นกันมานาน ทำให้ภัทรและปราณต้องกลับมาตีกันอีกครั้ง เมื่อภารู้เรื่อง ก็วีนแตก ยื่นคำขาดห้ามภัทรทำร้ายปราณเด็ดขาด เพราะบุญคุณที่เคยช่วยไว้ ทำให้ภัทรไปขอทำข้อตกลงกับปราณว่าจะแอบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อหาทางหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้ทั้ง 2 คณะทะเลาะกัน ปราณเองก็ไม่ชอบมีเรื่องเลยยอมตกลง
ทำให้ทั้งคู่เริ่ม “ความสัมพันธ์แบบลับๆ” ที่จะเป็นเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช่ ศัตรูก็ไม่เชิง แต่บันเทิงใจคนดู
สุดท้ายแล้วมิตรภาพบนความขัดแย้งของภัทรและปราณจะไปสิ้นสุดที่ตรงไหน ความลับจะแตกลงเมื่อไหร่ พ่อแม่จะยอมรับหรือไม่ หรือสุดท้ายจะมีวันที่ความขัดแย้งคลี่คลายหรือไม่

Can we talk about how the last line in this entire series is "Pran, it's not a p*rno!" 😂😂😂👌 This series is just the best ride to be taken on. I hope we see them in another series again soon, and I hope the director does another series soon because this series is just top notch. There's no real cringey elements to it, the acting is phenomenal, and it it just a nicely paced and understood story. Ugh I could rewatch this forever I love it.

the way their parents accepted their relationship quietly was the best closure I could ever get, they acknowledged that their kids were happy with one another and chose to take a step back and just let them be. they realized that the new generation could break the cycle even though they're still healing😭

The ending was perfect for Pat and Pran. Chaotic to the very end. Their both great actors, but Nanon is amazing. The way you could play the show without the volume on and know what he’s trying to convey. Phenomenal.

i haven’t watched many BLs but this is definitely my second fave of all time. no stereotypes, no toxic female character whos just there to crush on one of the leads, GL (PLEASE I NEED AN INKPA SERIES), no breakup, no forced side character relationships, the sick sick prank in parts 1 and 2 and basically everything. genuinely love it so much EDIT: WE GOT A MILKLOVE SERIES!!!

this bl series sets the standards for all bl series - not cringy at all - the way they advertise products are natural - skinships are not forced at all - the scenes are easy to understand - gender neutral show which ohm said "you can like whoever u want" - doesn't stereotype - iconic episode 5 ( for me bad buddy is not totally the BEST BL SERIES, i'm gonna say ONE OF THE BEST. )

Ikr. I was so damn happy. Pran- Pat comeback would be such a treat even if it's just one episode. I personally feel a second season wouldn't be that great of an idea, because the series already feels very complete. There's no point dragging it, but yes if there is another new series for them, that would be nice. Infact even if they are not cast as a couple, it would still be okay. Just the two of them together on the screen is enough. I believe they are soulmates in friendship. I just love them together.

I cant stress enough how grateful I am to have this as my first BL series. I don't even think anything else comes close to this. The story is quite simple but so rich, relatable and heartwarming. It has that perfect balance of fluttery sweetness and heat, I just love it.

I almost missed this gem of a series! This is probably one of the best series of GMMTV in terms of the main characters' chemistry, acting, and cuteness! I'M SO HAPPY I FINALLY WATCHED AND FINISHED THIS SERIES 😭❤️ OhmNanon is so natural! There are times when I feel like they are not acting but just being themselves. 10/10

Im so happy for them.. I'm glad they found their happy ending.. It's like a dream come true for most people. Bad Buddy is officially in my Top 3..the bond, the story, the chemistry, the development, the understanding, the maturity etc love how it had everything to make me full.. OhmNanon have raised the bar, no one can do it like them! I think their on screen chemistry is so good BECAUSE their off screen chemistry is really good as well! this rarely happens that the actors are so comfortable with each other, they can present the characters and their relationship in such a pure and natural way, with 0 cring, embarrassment or awkwardness. they are so funny and loveable, their charm didn't fade even afer they got together, it just got better from there. I've never laughed so much watching a bl. this series will stay with me for a long time. hats off to everyone who worked on it👏👏👏

Their parents acceptance of their relationship and Pran's mother's small smile when she hears her son laugh and the very supportive spouses each couple has who tries to understand their partners feelings all the time is so heartwarming.

@Guillaume chnd actually in the book prans dad gives Pat his business and Pats dad finally warms up to them. The moms are pretty chill the whole time because in the book it’s a different reason the parents hate each other, it’s the two dads that are fighting. But in the end prans family is the most welcoming but both sets of parents except them.

es la mejor serie bl que he visto en todos estos años, la química de los actores, la actuación que es todo un chef kiss, el guión y el cómo hicieron algo muy distinto a las demás series, quitaron tantos estereotipos y agregaron cosas que hicieron algo muy entretenido y con ganas de querer ver la serie otras 100 veces más, un aplauso para el ohmnanon de verdad acaban de convertirse en mis actores favoritos ❤

There are no words.... I don't think I can recover. This is absolutely the best BL series I've ever seen and I've seen my share. The writers, crew, and cast did an amazing job in every aspect. I am so happy that this not only lived up to the hype but surpassed every expectation I had. I'm definitely going to have a series hangover for a while. Nunca havia procurado informações sobre essa série antes... Um certo dia resolvi começar a assistir e cada episódio me surpreendia cada vez mais, pois o conjunto da obra é impecável... A história, os atores, os protagonistas que transmitem todos os sentimentos e emoções que pedem o enredo, muitas vezes sem precisar falar uma palavra! Um trabalho sem igual e com muita profundidade de sentimentos e emoções, uma série com um roteiro completo com começo, meio e fim. Senti um mix de sensações (riso, choro, raiva, surpresa, lições incríveis e, infelizmente agora o meu coração está partido por ter acabado 💔.). Posso afirmar que é a melhor série BL que já assisti até hoje. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos 👏💐

13:00 este es uno de mis tantos momentos favoritos, no sólo demuestra la bonita relación que tienen, con la retrospectiva se muestra como se fue germinando y fortificando su amistad. AMEEEEE AME AME AME Los actores tienen una química genial, supieron interpretar super bien sus personajes tanto que habian momentos donde se notaba que no estaban actuando, eran tan naturales, sus miradas, sus besos, todo fue perfecto, sobre todo la relación para nada tóxica algo que deberían dejar de romantizar, tuvieron hasta una relación a distancia y supieron manejarla. Una gran serie y un gran elenco, Ohm y Nanon los mejores 💕

After finishing this I understand why this is so popular and won many awards. This is one of the best bls i have ever seen. I would rank it at one of the number ones given its plot, characters, actors, development, theme songs and of course the directing too. Loved the two MCs and the side characters as well. One of my fav sence in this series is when pat said to pran "Thank you for not leaving. And fighting for us with me." That scene showed us the maturity of the two MCs where they thrive for their love and appreciate each other's efforts. Absolutely love their characters and the chemistry between the two leads. I loved the acting. BAD BUDDY IS ONE OF THE BEST BL SERIES I HAVE EVER WATCHED. WORTH EVERY SECOND.

I can’t believe I didn’t watch this sooner but I finally got to it and I binge watched this show in a day. honestly it’s become one of my top favourite shows ever. Everything about it was just wonderful, the acting, the humour, the filming, the music, the pacing of the plot it’s just chefs kiss. This was such an emotional rollar coaster watching, especially with the little plot twists (looking at you, episode 11/12 break up fake out thanks for giving my heart palpitations for a hot minute). I love a good enemies to lovers but this is easily the best one I’ve seen, it feels so different from the usual trope. Also just want to say I appreciate the way it almost called out the usual stereotypes. like the wifey/hubby thing in a lot of shows, I think it can be used as banter and be fine but most of the time it comes across as making one of them more feminine, as if you can’t have two husbands in a relationship and one has to be the woman. I loved in the ep where Pat was in hospital that they joked about it but acknowledged that it felt weird! And also i know it’s a bl but it was so refreshing to see that not every side character was forced into a couple, like Korn and Wai. There was such great banter and character development between them but I’m so glad that they didn’t force them into a couple, I’d much rather ship them platonically. And having queer rep of not just a bl couple but also a gl couple (which I feel is so underrepresented) was so lovely :’) ink and pa stole my heart. I’ve never written such a long comment after a series but this show just won my heart I have to show my appreciation. Thank you gmmtv and everyone involved for making such a fantastic show. Especially OhmNanon for bringing such a healthy and loving relationship to the screen. I can’t wait to rewatch this in like a months time when I need something to cheer me up

Just finished this series today. I want to say thank you GMMTV for this unforgettable BL. I am crying with happiness. Fell in love with both the actors who played Pran & Pat. This make me fall in love again with your country Thailand. I remember back when I was a wee lad year 2008 and first time to see Love of Siam. I was so interested to know more about Bangkok and my lucky stars must shining bright that year because everything fell into place by November. I was able to have my first out of the country travel, went to Bangkok, Thailand and met August Band and the entire cast of Love of Siam. So many memories ❤❤❤

After my first time watching this masterpiece few months ago and been facing a hard time moving on and finding interest in other series, I have just re-watched thinking I could finally get over these so intense loving feelings towards the series, I feel I just fell more for Pat and Pran, there's something about them, about the storyline, the characters, the acting, something in all of it that feels just special, special the way the story is being portrayed, special in the way the feeling, the ups and downs are held by the actors, Ohm and Nanon that made me get more in love with this series, I'm so sure this won't be my last time watching their story, cuz oh god, they're just special

They gave up ending it romantically but making it more fun like the start. So impressive! :> They didn’t force to show the audience a reconciliation between the 2 families as to make it a traditional Happy Ending. I’m satisfied to just see both parents have gradually improved their attitude and tried their best to not to interrupt their sons’ own life. Thanks BBS TEAM for bringing me the most lovable series! wow, wow y wow. recuerdo que ví esta serie a mitad de año del 2022, me la ví en un día ya que estaba de vacaciones y no me tomé el tiempo suficiente para analizarla pero aquí estoy, viéndola por segunda vez y dándome de cuenta de que es uno de los mejores bl que he visto en mi vida. primero que todo, el guión, la trama, no se a quien se le ocurrió la grandiosa idea de crear esta historia, lo único que sé es que es una de las mejores que he visto, es muy realista, madura, los personajes tienen un maravilloso desarrollo, la relación entre ambos es la más sana que he visto y los temas que tocan como el medioambiente, las relaciones LBGTQ+, trastornos y traumas mentales entre hijos y padres, simplemente una obra maestra. los actores, si ohm y nanon no hubieran sido pat y pran probablemente no me hubiera gustado tanto, no sería simplemente bad buddy. que actores!!, hacen ver todo tan natural, las escenas de besos, los momentos dramáticos, todo se ve como si fuera real es que trasmiten tanto através de sus expresiones faciales que tengo que repetir 20 veces algunas escenas, hicieron tan pero tan bien su trabajo, parecen hechos paga actuar en esta serie, son ellos los personajes, parecen que realmente son ellos y que no los interpretan, es que es increíble lo buenos que sonnn, mil y mil aplausos para ellos, se merecen mil premios. la producción, la cinematografía, los escenarios??? todo se ve tan bien, se ve que se esforzaron muchísimo porque todo se ve súper natural y agradable para los ojos, para todas las personas que trabajaron en este hermoso proyecto mil y mil gracias por tan arduo trabajo!

Reseña: Sin duda Bad Buddy es una serie divertida y que vas a repetir, con su clásico romance de Romeo y Julieta pero BL no podrás evitar estar pegado a la pantalla viendo enemistad de familias, peleas, romance, tristeza y risas, es una serie con excelente casting Ohm y Nanon con curriculum de sobra y talento incendiaron la pantalla, con su química y lo bien que improvisaron, naturalmente siendo ellos mismos, gran porcentaje de la serie demostraron sus habilidades y espontaneidad, y que trabajaron juntos porque querían se notó por su complicidad e intimidad en escena. Por otra parte, la serie si bien no tiene muchos elementos de imagen y música destacables como otras producciones del canal, (a excepción de la canción que tocan Pran y Pat muy linda, lo que no quiere decir que no exista música de sintetizador divertida ojo), pero por eso mismo, por su simplicidad destaca, la historia de romance estudiantil universitario, el talento de los actores que en ella participan, protagonistas, secundarios como Jimmy y Drake o Milk y Love que la rompieron como pareja GL, todos los cameos de nuevos y conocidos rostros de GMMTV que en ella participan, la adaptación de guion y la dirección bastante loca del director, es lo que la hace tan buena y necesario verla.

Probably the healthiest relationship I've ever seen portrayed on screen. I absolutely love Pran and Pat and Bad Buddy has become one of my favourites. Ohm and Nanon did a wonderful job and so did the rest of the cast and crew. Congratulations on this gem of a series! PatPran didn't have their parents completely fooled. I believe that along the way the parents found out and they chose to keep their children's happiness. Pran's mom leaving the guitar on Pran's bed, and Pat's dad being hesitant at first but eventually drinking the alcohol that was a gift from Pat's "friend" were two symbolic gestures that they have accepted the situation their children are in. Although the acceptance wasn't direct, I liked it because it felt realistic. And I'm glad the director chose to deliver it that way. 🥲

The series is going to my top 3 bl shows. overall, it's a 9/10 for me. I really started getting better after episode 3 and I love their dynamic. the little details Throughout the show are very interesting. they actually have personalities and they like things the characters feel like real people way better than other BLS where I feel like they become a blend of the same thing over and over again and have no real aspect to them. I want another season!!!

What an beautiful series, this has set my standards so high i wonder if i can enjoy any bl series as much as this one. This one along with not me out of the 4-5 series i have watched has got to be my favourite. I found cryign at even the cute sweet parts--🫠 For sure i will be back to rewatch it.
