Yes, that is true. But I noticed one thing recently - Jimin's voice is actually low. His voice is lower than Fallon here. Of all the interviews I have seen, he almost aways low. Also, for the live performance for Set Me Free pt 2 on Mnet, he slipped in some really, really low baritone notes and it sounded completely natural and relaxed. In fact, his falsettos at least sound false (that's what it means) and his voice would occasionally crack singing them. But his voice sounds so much more real in lower register. I am convinced that this is a very misunderstood man, and probably undiscovered yet...

I will say this. BTS has done a lot of interviews in the US but this is by far my favorite so far. I love how Jimmy Fallon didn't baby him like a lot of shows tend to do just because they don't speak English well like asking him dumb questions that are shallow with no meaning. I think what impressed me even more was his understanding of English. Jimmy Fallon was speaking fast and colloquially. There were no concessions given for someone having to comprehend a foreign language. Jimin will have known the general subjects, but there was none of that blank look you might get while trying to process just what was being said. He did incredibly well.

It's almost been a month since Jimin's first solo album "FACE" released. On the release day, I watched the music video of "Like Crazy" first, then listened to the entire album, including the hidden track "Letter," and then watched this interview. Not even 2 minutes in, and Jimin starts his interview by thanking the fans' great support, and I'll be honest, I broke down. I broke down into tears of joy for the humble person he is, and an underlying sadness for Jimin must have gone through so many struggles in life. It was a moment I felt so proud to be his fan. To see him embark on a solo journey with his hard work and honest stories, it was an honor for me to experience it as I was going through a difficult time in my life and the news of Jimin's album coming out made me feel alive and look forward to living my life with no regrets. And now, seeing him making and breaking domestic as well as global records, achieving tremendous success and great milestones with this album, it gives me so much happiness as Jimin deserves the best in life and career. I absolutely love all tracks from "FACE," and I'm already looking forward to more such projects from him. I truly appreciate the art that Jimin has crafted, and I will cherish this album for a very long time in my heart.

it’s a lot of pressure to go on a show that isn’t hosted in your native language. I can tell he worked so hard to prepare statements but also expressed more heartfelt answers in korean. he was prepared but still felt completely natural. that’s our jimin💜
