People interpreted the theme two ways. I feel like because she went for the glamour rather than the age, this dress didn't get enough recognition. But she looked absolutely stunning!!!

The dress looked great on the red carpet, but up-close when you can see all of the detailing and craftsmanship it's absolutely stunning. Cardi really pulled it off, the cut of the dress along with her up-do gives it that Gilded Age look.

@Sasha my assumption is that it is fake , just gold plated . Because gold as a metal is really really heavy , and the net fabric would not be able to hold that much weight .
