Best advice I can give as a mom of 3. Do not practice , plan or decide anything. They are BORN with a personality, this will never change and no matter what you do it will not be any different. Remember this. You can not plan how to parent. Hop in feet first and take it as it comes. Nothing will be how you imagine it.

Yes! Also, your life will TOTALLY change. In many ways for the better, and in some very challenging ways. It’s normal to be simultaneously happy while mourning your “old life.” * This might be more for young parents, I was pregnant at 22 and it was a huge shock! 😂

Yes ma’am! I’ve just had my first baby (a girl) almost 3 months ago, and I always said I wouldn’t do this, I’d be this way, etc… I’ve learned that I’m just going to have to go with the flow and not plan. I thought she’d take pacifiers, she hates them, I thought I wanted Dr brown bottles, I hate them and so does she except for some of the newer ones. I’m learning so much.

this!! but do research on what’s best for the baby of course and definitely communicate as a couple, on how y’all will divide responsibility. there’s usually a default parent that takes on too much lol

That’s me as well! I am not trying for a baby since I’m not in a relationship but I want one in the future. I used to not menstruate at all but I found supplements have helped me a lot! I was also on birth control and never again 😬😂
