Listen to me, I’ve had terrible bronchitis. There was nothing that was helping me. I played this one night and woke up feeling amazing and coughed very little that first day. So, before I went to bed on night 2, I played it again and felt utterly amazing when I woke. Night 3 I played it again and I didn’t cough the whole day! I’m a smoker for 33 years. I just quit due to bronchitis too, everyone else got better weeks faster than me because I smoke. My cravings are bad, but I've been noticing something. Strangely bad things will happen when I try to quit that make me want to smoke again, but if I abstain they eventually go away and life improves across the board. When I succumb and start smoking again suddenly things will get bad again, but then I quit and things get worse before they get better. Over and over. It's a cycle. Did you notice this as well? Stay commited. The cravings get shorter and shorter. If you succumb, smoke til you quit again and keep trying. Save yourself! Choose life. I am struggling with you.

if you guys are suffering any extra anxiety or anxiety attacks right now (like i am) let’s do a few grounding techniques together: 1. look around the room- list 5 things you can see, quickly! 2. take 5 deep breaths taking time to exhale and inhale and focus on it. 3. this one is really helping me- do you have a candle? any strong smelling thing? smell it for four counts and breathe out for five. 4. repeat affirmations- - all will pass - i am healthy and safe - this is just a bump in the road. i hope i could help a little! praying you’ll be feeling better soon

My daughter had Influenza A with 105 fever. The doctor said her illness would last 5-7 days minimum… we started listening to this at night when she slept, and her health improved greatly and she was back to her normal self in 3.5 days. I’m on day 3 of a mystery virus and my spirits were so low. Each day a new symptom comes on. Today I had a fever of 99° and after 34 minutes of listening to this my temp is down to 96.8° which is almost normal for me. It’s truly amazing how healing this is. I have a pretty painful tooth abscess and everytime I listen to this within a minute the swelling drops and the pain starts to subside. It takes maybe 3 sessions with this frequency before I am fully healed back to normal. Debbie, my method for removing an abscess without a doctor is as follows. First 3 days crush up garlic or mince it then mix it in two water bottles. I'd say a whole bulb chopped up as you will need it for quite awhile. Split the garlic between the two bottles. It should turn the water green. Strain the garlic out and keep the garlic water. Swish with that solution 3-6 times a day. After meals, if you can get any food down gargle salt water, specifically rock salt or Himalayan salt. Table spoon to 8oz of warm water. Swish that for 30-40 seconds. 3 times a day mix half and half mix of hydrogen peroxide and water in a little rinse cup, same thing swish for 30-40 seconds. After a week you should be good to go, sometimes it comes to the surface faster than a week. Depends on your activity and exercise. Best of luck debbie!

I have come down with a severe bout of Omicron and yesterday it almost took my life. I was worried all day going into the night, not knowing if I'd wake up. I found this and played it 2x before I fell asleep - envisioning white light from the Universe in through the top of my head. My chest pain subsided quickly and I slept really well. My dad is fighting COVID right now and it sucks seeing him cough so badly, too weak to get up and walk to eat. But he does it anyway, he’s a strong man.. BUT STUBBORN! It’s amazing to see that after 15min (after secretly going in to his room to play this in the background while he slept) his coughing seized all together and slept thru the night!! In the mornings I play 7 chakra balancing frequencies in my room loud so he can hear it whenever his coughing gets bad. I would like to ask a favor..It would mean the world to me if we could all, for just a moment in time, create the feeling with our hearts in the belief as if my father is already healed.. I carry the thought in my head everyday but I know it would have a greater impact if I had support creating the feeling within the heart❤️ I appreciate all the compassion here:)

For the past 3-4 months I have been dealing with sinus pressure, severe dizziness along with a long time of health anxiety.
