I just left the high-pressure job which left me feeling empty and exhausted. I will tell you that nothing is better for recovery from this than spending time by yourself. I parked my car in front of some open natural space with lots of trees and Hills and turned on this healing music, put my seat back close my eyes and just let go. Within about 90 minutes I felt rejuvenated. It will take some to heal the damage that's been done. Try this, it works and it will help you recover.

this is so so beautiful. I can't describe this longing for peace within me, I just sat down to meditate to these frequencies and smth inside me opened up, words were coming out of my mouth I didn't intentionally speak and I was connecting to my higher self, to the energy and universe around me. there's just so much beauty and peace in each and everyone and listening to these frequencies was really healing. I always wanna come back to that safe space within me, where I am loved and protected and from deep in my heart I wish for everyone to experience the same.
