Absolutely beautiful.!! I just love her floorplan. I've always been afraid that a tiny home would not work for me because like her, I love to cook. Even for our RV I have an outdoor kitchen that just folds up into the understorage. Seeing this beautiful tiny home gives me ideas for when I am ready to downsize. Tennessee is a wonderful place to live. My mom lives in Middle Tennessee and I'm hoping one day very soon to purchase her property from her for our retirement years.

Gloria's home is exceptional. Listening to her describe her yard and house you can tell how friendly and what a great person she is. I can remember when the tubs were empty when the Prairie first opened and you would drive by her lot. I am glad I got to see the result, Gloria has done an amazing job. Amanda - you do not have to shy away from the camera, I swear you are one of those people who looks better every year.

After watching this video I wish I could pack my bags, move to Tennessee and buy me an Incredible Tiny Home! Thank you Gloria for allowing us to see your "not so tiny" home. It gives off such a cozy feeling that makes you feel at home.
Any place you go in Tennessee people are always friendly. Because of the mass relocating to this area housing and property is very expensive and hard to find. East Tennessee is the most desired area of the state.

This is the first tiny home I have truly loved because she shows you can actually have good, regular sized items in the tiny home and live with comfort. And with her add ons wow, it added even more to it. 🥰💖 Loves it!! Oh and it makes me want to move to Tennessee.
Me too, I'll bet she's an interesting person to get to know. She definitely thinks outside the box. She has created a lovely comfortable home that I would love to see in person but I live on the Southern coast of Texas close to Galveston. so I doubt that I'll ever see it in person. But Gloria was kind enough to share it with us.
Gloria definitely needs to be on Tiny House GIANT Journey! She has really set it up perfectly for herself and her "babies." I'm not surprised she loves Tennessee. I remember taking a bus from Canada to Florida and Tennessee was my favourite place. SO incredibly beautiful. The idea of the sun porch as her living space is great, though she has quite a nice living space inside too with her two wing chairs. For me the sun porch would be my art studio. Nice job Gloria! And great Randy for making the place affordable for human 'beans'!
I love the way you have done your home Ms Gloria it is absolutely gorgeous. Also the outside of your home it's just as beautiful as the inside of your house. You have totally embraced tiny living in a big way and embraced Tennessee to the fullest and I love it. I cannot wait to move there myself someday.
Hi Gloria! I like your house and it’s features. The kitchen appliances are nice, but I’m surprised that I didn’t see a built in stove, based on the fact that you said you cook a lot, and you didn’t compromised on the refrigerator and even the bathroom. Maybe that’s why I was expecting to see a real stove, I think that would make your kitchen complete. All the best for now. You motivated me to build my own house.

I absolutely love Gloria's house! The addition makes all the difference. Gloria herself feels like a sister from another mother to me. I would love to have her as a neighbor. It's just me and one cat now, but my tiny kitchen and closet (I live in a small 5th wheel) is also stuffed with food - just in case someone drops in, or I cook and tote meals to someone else. And her gardens are wonderful. I'm currently driveway surfing on a friend's property, but I'd have gardens, even if I only lived on a tiny lot. Thanks for another great tour, y'all.
I'm amazing and in love with the shower! So unexpectedly BIG. I've seen the add-on porch once before and think it's great for the extra room you can add on. Can wait to see the video on Jenna's channel.
Love her and her house is truly INCREDIBLE!! Love it! The oasis outside is just amazing. I also love to cook and the way she organized her kitchen is awesome. The set up for the dogs is spot on. I have a tiny dog and that is the way to go to make sure they are protected. The ladder idea is great. I have always thought something similar on getting the ladder out of the way. Definitely an amazing home!
This is pretty much perfect! Your plants, flowers and garden areas are wonderful! You are a great dog mom too, giving the furbabies a Safe place to go outside! Also, no one described the cost of this level of customization. I’m so curious but also very proud of her for making it happen, regardless of the cost. Her life is obviously sweeter now. Coffee at 9am. I’m in!

WOW! Gloria invited me to see her tiny when I was there in February. It was a work of art then, but now with the addition, it truly is an amazing home! I like how she used every available space. This shows the individuality within the ITH family and that each tiny home is unique and showcases the person's style. 👐💟🥳

@dkb13 cocke county three hrs from nashville at Incredible Tiny Homes snd they have a Forest community, Beachy community, I’m in the prairie community and they are wirkimg on the Grove and Buffalo Creek and The Mountain. As long as it is not attached you don’t need permit but you need minimum elevation certificate from licensed surveyor registered at the county
Beautiful & so creative. Will you Tell me the town you are in? You said Cobb County.... near Gatlinburg. Are you in "tiny house community"? Or just a mobile home park? So curious of the park rental fees? What kind of county fees for permitting to build your exra room? Are you connected to water & sewer or did you have to install your own? I want to get a tiny home & have family in Nashville, how far are you from there?

Your home is just spectacular the amount of storage that you have created is fantastic and I as someone who also loves to cook I never thought that I would be able to do a tiny home but you’ve made it look like it actually is possible!! Really this move from California to Tennessee just seems perfect for you I’m very much looking forward to the Christmas showcase of your home. And I just cannot say enough about your gardens again you’re in a tiny home on a small lot and yet I felt like I was in a forest or just these wonderful….I don’t even have the words for it. I can just imagine once all your landscaping is in bloom I don’t know why you’d ever leave that spot and now that you’re lakefront property OMG! I love the little touches the ladder and the hardware that holds the string the amount of storage in your loft all those amazing kick drawers….. and to have a window in a shower daylight in the shower you are starting to make me wish I could retire a lot earlier. LOL 😊

OMGosh I love her kitchen! The lighting and everything. Gloria has so many details that I want to incorporate into my little house. I don't have much of a budget but if I do them one at a time I could just keep adding. I love the look of her addition from the outside too. Those windows are beautiful! Amanda Vanna is so awesome. I haven't seen her yet but she is very reassuring and so informative. I love Tennessee. I live in Maine and my second career is being a Landscape Gardener. There is much I don't know but I do my best and I am SUPER impressed with what Gloria has done with her gardening space and I can only imagine what it looks like in the warm seasons there! Well done everyone!
Stunning 🥰 excellent use of space in the main house, the beautiful snuggly bed and especially the pull down ladder, love the sun lounge extension and most of all the dog enclosure 💖 everything is so well thought out, all the storage space and the amazing bathroom 🤩 and to top it all a lakeside view 🥳
Same here, I've reached out to them for a build in California for my yard and for a client wanting 4 units for a retail shop. I believe their model units will work. Hopefully Randy will call me to talk and not just rely on messages, as we really want to do business. For my own, I liked Gloria's finished product and would like to find out more on how she made that happen. We'll done.
